We have a small campsite (60 places) in its grounds and is surrounded by forest which Scouts of all ages can explore. It is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area or to take part in any number of outdoor activities from Canoeing down the Wye to climbing at Symonds Yat, to cycling in the Forest of Dean along with many, many, more activities. It also is a base from which to experience the heritage of the local area with many castles close by as well as a heritage centre in nearby Soudley.
